So this is something I want to try, for the first time in my life.
LIVE NATURALLY AS A PLANT.
It's simply:
1. No Alcohol.
2. Sleep before Midnight. Wake up with the Sun.
3. No food for dinner, except vegetables, fruits, and porridge.
4. Limited meat, orl, and salt. But with better nutrition.
5. Do Excecise Every Day. Yoga, Pilates, Gym, or just body mechanics twice in the office.
I want to regain health and desirable body condition.
I'll put a plant in my office as my role model.
I'll update regularlly on my progress.
