To celebrate the starting of my second month at Brown University (a brand-new and exciting period of life),
and to begin another fabulous month called October (Yes! Halloween!)...
Let's kick this "One New Thing A Day" off!
Here is the rule:
In every single day, I'm gonna do one thing, big or small, bright or stupid, that I've never tried in my life, and blog it at this site!
It's easy to start (because there are so many things I can try at Brown and Beyond), BUT this little project is gonna be more and more intellectually challenging...
So please keep yourself posted, and come back frequently to help me with your creative ideas!
Highlight of the Day:
I've never run a theme blog. Yes, I do have personal blogs, but they're nothing more than intermittent babble... with insights and information, though :)
And as a Chinese (beautifully-phrased euphoniously-pronounced Mandarin) speaker, I've never tried to write a blog in English. BUT I'd love to let my English-speaking friends know more about my little world...and challenge myself with English writing at the same time :)
So, isn't it a cool idea?
Links of the Day:
Watch amusing scientific discoveries... and how scientists amuse themselves at Ig Noble Prize 2011!
Interested in Social Media? Most informative Chinese blogs that you don't want to miss!
